you need a website firm. Don't bother looking around.
I've been through three different website generations now, and until
working with Metalfrog I had never really experienced what a difference
having a committed website design firm working for me was like.
It's hard to explain without giving an example...
Website company a) (let's call them) I called to say "Amazon check out
wasn't working". Answer from them "I'll turn it off then." It never was
reactivated even after a year as they could never get it to work. Called
to say "Sage isn't working properly". Answer from them "I'll turn it
off then". "Paypal needs a security certificate" - answer from them
"I'll just do this tweak and it won't."
Metalfrog... I called to say "Amazon check out wasn't working properly."
Right -o give me a few minutes... Amazon cart was working within the
hour! And we never had to even mention sage or paypal - they were
operational from word go.
Seriously... nothing has been impossible for them. Every glitch or tweak
has been executed within hours, not months. They really know their
biscuits.
Can't wait for it to be finished, but am thoroughly enjoying the
experience of what it's like working with a truly professional outfit.
